Funds managed by PINOVA, together with NRW.BANK, have acquired VTI Ventil Technik GmbH, a Menden-based maker of high-pressure valves and regulators, from Aalberts N.V. The management team under Lutz Lohmann is investing alongside them.

Momentum Group signed an agreement to acquire 70% of Hydmos Industriteknik AB, a Stockholm maker of high-pressure hydraulic and gas systems. Closing is expected in February 2023.

Dover completed the acquisition of Witte Pumps & Technology GmbH, a Germany-based manufacturer of precision gear pumps, which will join its Maag business unit; the price was not disclosed.

Private equity firm One Equity Partners has bought pump maker DESMI, headquartered in Nørresundby, Denmark, from its private shareholders. Lincoln International co-advised on the transaction, and the financial terms were not disclosed.
