Lexair acquires Keystone naval manufacturing assets from Emerson
Lexair is acquiring manufacturing assets and intellectual property licenses from Keystone, an Emerson brand, for U.S. Navy products. Production will move from Emerson's Pasadena, Texas facility to Lexair's Lexington plant.
