Momentum Group's subsidiary Börjesson Pipe Systems AB signed an agreement to acquire 70 percent of Ceon AB, a Laholm, Sweden valve and actuator specialist focused on the marine sector. Closing was to take place immediately.
Momentum Group acquired Actuated Solutions Limited (ASL), a UK manufacturer of valve actuation systems. Valve World reports the deal values ASL at £15 million.
