Addtech

Addtech Process Technology acquired 100% of Advanced Valve Solutions Holding B.V., a niche provider of engineered high-end valves and steam attemperators for power generation, headquartered outside Amsterdam. The company has 27 employees and annual sales of about EUR 13 million.

Addtech Components, part of the Addtech Group, signed an agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Fluidcontrol Oy, a Finnish developer of actuators and valve solutions with 20 employees and sales of about EUR 4 million. Closing is expected in early September 2020.
