Litens Automotive Group acquired Industrias Dolz S.A., a Spanish manufacturer and distributor of automotive water pumps and powertrain products. Dolz will continue to operate as a separate business led by CEO Jesus Dolz.
Industrias Dolz built a new production plant in Almazora (Castellón, Spain) for automotive water pumps, supported by a €476,956 regional incentive grant co-financed by FEDER. The plant features robotized assembly, ovens, injectors and machining centers.
