Ingersoll Rand acquires Paragon Tank Truck Equipment for about $40M
Ingersoll Rand Inc. bought Paragon Tank Truck Equipment, a Catersville, Georgia maker of blowers and pumps for tank truck loading, in an all-cash deal of about $40 million. Paragon has around 55 employees and revenue above $25 million.
