Saica Group inaugurated a new Saica Pack corrugated packaging plant in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona, after investing more than EUR 100m. The site consolidates the former Saica Pack Barcelona and El Prat plants and has capacity of 200 million square metres.
Italian food packaging firm Scatolificio del Garda, controlled by Fondo Italiano d'Investimento since 2025, acquired a majority stake in Spanish company Graphi Red. The deal was announced on 7 September 2026.
