NIBCO has acquired UniTorq Actuators and Controls, adding pneumatic and electric actuators and controls to its flow-control portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed.

NIBCO has completed its acquisition of UniTorq Actuators and Controls, a Lawrenceville, Georgia maker of pneumatic and electric valve actuators, adding actuation and controls to its valve portfolio.

NIBCO announced it completed the acquisition of Matco-Norca, a maker of valves and water heater isolation kits. The deal was reported on 23 September 2023.

NIBCO Inc. completed its acquisition of Matco-Norca LLC, a sourcing company for valves, fittings and plumbing products, which also includes sister company SVF Flow Controls LLC. Matco-Norca will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

NIBCO has announced its acquisition of Milwaukee Valve, a producer of valves for commercial, industrial and marine markets, which will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary with no operational changes.

NIBCO agreed to acquire the entire Milwaukee Valve Company, including its products, facilities and assets, with the deal expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019 pending regulatory approvals. Terms are confidential.

NIBCO purchased a 173,055-square-foot building in Buena Vista, Virginia from STAG Industrial for $3.7 million.

NIBCO plans to invest $14 million to update and expand its Stuarts Draft plant in Augusta County, Virginia, adding new equipment and 30 jobs.

NIBCO, the Elkhart, Indiana valve and fittings maker, is in the midst of a $100 million capital investment in its facilities over four years. Four facilities, including Blytheville, Arkansas, are undergoing expansions totaling 350,000 square feet.
