Unified Valve Group merges with VALWEST Equipment (PSS West) in Western Canada
Unified Valve Group and VALWEST Equipment Ltd., operating as Process and Steam Specialties, have merged to form a single valve and steam equipment service business in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. The merger took effect on March 6, 2023.
