Frost Engineering and Alaska Roteq officially merged with PumpTech under the Impel family of companies, as announced on March 20, 2024. Frost makes engineered valves and measurement devices, and Alaska Roteq provides precision machining, fabrication and equipment supply.

PumpTech, a portfolio company of Pike Street Capital, announced its acquisition of Dakota Pump Inc., a supplier of packaged pump stations and automated systems for water and wastewater markets, with three locations in South Dakota. The deal was announced on February 14, 2023.

Pike Street Capital portfolio company PumpTech acquired Frost Engineering Service Company - Northwest, a Snohomish, Washington supplier of fluid handling systems and instrumentation.
