Grupo Envases intends to acquire Domiberia, a Spanish maker of metal packaging for food and industrial products with operations in Spain and the Netherlands, from Everest Holdings/La Familia Domínguez in a cash deal. Closing is subject to competition approval and expected in Q3 2023.
