NIBCO completes acquisition of Matco-Norca LLC valve and fittings distributor
NIBCO Inc. completed its acquisition of Matco-Norca LLC, a sourcing company for valves, fittings and plumbing products, which also includes sister company SVF Flow Controls LLC. Matco-Norca will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
