One Equity Partners announced completion of its sale of Walki Group Oy to Oji Holdings Corporation. Walki is a packaging manufacturer.

One Equity Partners signed an agreement on November 20, 2023 to acquire TechnipFMC's Measurement Solutions business, a provider of liquid meters and metering systems employing about 450 people across six facilities, including plants in Erie, PA and Ellerbek, Germany. Closing is expected in the first half of 2024.

Private equity firm One Equity Partners has bought pump maker DESMI, headquartered in Nørresundby, Denmark, from its private shareholders. Lincoln International co-advised on the transaction, and the financial terms were not disclosed.

Danish pump manufacturer DESMI has signed a definitive agreement to sell a majority stake to private equity firm One Equity Partners (OEP). DESMI is headquartered in Nørresundby, Denmark, and employs nearly 1,000 people.

One Equity Partners agreed to merge its portfolio company Walterscheid Powertrain Group into Italian listed firm Comer Industries, with OEP keeping a significant minority stake in the combined company. Together the two companies generated EUR 792.3 million revenue in 2020.

Funds managed by CapMan Buyout agreed to sell their holdings in Walki Group, a producer of fibre-based laminates and packaging materials, to private equity firm One Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Resolute Industrial, a Wheeling, Illinois-based HVAC and compressor equipment rental company backed by One Equity Partners, completed its acquisition of Detroit-based Tioga HVAC Rentals. Terms were not disclosed.

Mueller Water Products sold its Anvil International piping components division to private equity firm One Equity Partners for $315 million in cash, effective immediately. Anvil had 2016 net sales of about $338 million.
