Sulzer completes acquisition of Cardo Flow Solutions wastewater pump business
Sulzer completed its acquisition of Cardo Flow Solutions, a Malmö-based pump supplier for the wastewater market, for a total cash consideration of SEK 5.9 billion (CHF 852 million), on July 29, 2011.
