Lexair is acquiring manufacturing assets and intellectual property licenses from Keystone, an Emerson brand, for U.S. Navy products. Production will move from Emerson's Pasadena, Texas facility to Lexair's Lexington plant.
Lexair Inc. will expand its Lexington, Kentucky operations with an $8.5 million investment, adding 35,000 square feet and creating 14 full-time jobs. The announcement was made on March 15, 2023.
