Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) has acquired Salentine Pump & Equipment, a distributor of pumps, parts and repair solutions based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The company will keep operating under the Salentine name led by Mike Salentine.

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) acquired General Machinery Company, Inc., a Birmingham, Alabama distributor of automation and electrical products, process pumps and compressed air products. GMC will keep its name and operate under its existing leadership.

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) acquired Precision Pump & Valve, a Lake Charles, Louisiana distributor and repairer of safety relief and control valves and pumps. PPV operates six facilities in Louisiana, Texas and Ohio. No deal value was disclosed.

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) has acquired Instrument Associates, Inc., a stocking distributor of instrumentation, valves and filtration products based in Alsip, Illinois with 22 employees.

MCE, a fluid power and lubrication supplier based in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, acquired Swanson Flo, a regional distributor of process instrumentation and flow control valves based in Plymouth, Minnesota, with 92 employees.
