Atlas Copco Compressors will begin US assembly of dedicated Z range oil-free air compressors at a new 200,000-square-foot facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina, also supporting distribution and remanufacturing.

Atlas Copco Comptec opened a 63,000-square-foot expansion at its 45-acre Voorheesville site to meet demand for large centrifugal compressors and turboexpanders, bringing the workforce to about 340.

Atlas Copco Comptec celebrated the ribbon cutting for a $40 million expansion and new 65,000-square-foot high-bay facility at its industrial compressor factory in Voorheesville, New York. The project received about $4.2 million in Albany County IDA assistance and a $475,000 state grant.

Guangzhou Aima Compressor Co. broke ground on 19 October 2026 on a 305 million yuan gas compressor R&D and manufacturing base in the Zengcheng Sino-Singapore Science Park, Guangzhou. The plant will cover about 35 mu and include a national engineering technology center.

HOERBIGER announced a new North American reciprocating compressor component manufacturing plant in Coral Springs, Florida, creating 420 jobs and a $43.1 million capital investment. The company will also retain 277 employees in Broward County. The announcement was made on August 4, 2015.

Xinran Group's compressor business submitted a bid for PipeChina's 2026 centralized procurement of centrifugal compressor units for gas pipeline projects. PipeChina's estimated budget is about US$260 million for roughly 36 units.

Mayekawa has expanded its CIVAC industrial city plant in Morelos with an investment of more than US$80 million, creating what it calls the world's largest factory dedicated to industrial compressors. The plant already employs about 450 people and exports 90% of its output.

HINE Group has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nord Fluid, a Milan-founded hydraulic components distributor and systems maker with annual revenues above €60 million and five plants in Italy and Slovenia. HINE has committed to acquire the full share capital over the coming years.
