PINOVA and NRW.BANK acquire VTI Ventil Technik from Aalberts
Funds managed by PINOVA, together with NRW.BANK, have acquired VTI Ventil Technik GmbH, a Menden-based maker of high-pressure valves and regulators, from Aalberts N.V. The management team under Lutz Lohmann is investing alongside them.
