HydraForce

Bosch Rexroth completed its acquisition of HydraForce, a US compact hydraulics specialist, after antitrust approval. HydraForce will be integrated into Bosch Rexroth's Compact Hydraulics Business Unit.

Bosch Rexroth, a Bosch subsidiary based in Lohr am Main, Germany, agreed to acquire US hydraulic valve maker HydraForce, with the purchase price undisclosed and subject to antitrust approval. The contract was signed on 15 July 2022.

HydraForce Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire its distributor Hydraulic Designers Ltda., which makes custom hydraulic manifolds from a plant in Taboão da Serra, São Paulo. The deal expands HydraForce's presence in the South American off-highway equipment market.
