Sweden's Indutrade acquired Waalwijk-based Siersema Komponenten Service BV (SKS), a trader of valves, pumps, filters and heat exchangers for food, beverage and pharmaceutical processes. SKS has annual sales of about EUR 35 million and 50 employees.

Indutrade AB signed and closed the acquisition of all shares in Armaturen Aichhorn GmbH, an Austrian technical trading company supplying industrial valves with about EUR 6 million in annual sales. The company has 17 employees and is located in Krenglbach, Austria.

Indutrade AB signed on 6 February 2020 to acquire all shares of Jouka OY, a Ylöjärvi, Finland ball valve manufacturer with about EUR 6.5 million annual sales and 31 employees. The closing took place on 6 February.

Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Finkova Oy, a Finnish niche valve trading business with annual sales of about EUR 8.5 million, serving the process and boiler industries.
