Hayward Gordon ULC and EBARA Pumps Canada Corporation amalgamated to form EBARA HG ULC, and Scott Turbon Mixer Inc. was renamed EBARA Mixers Inc., effective June 30, 2024. The changes are based in Halton Hills, Ontario.

Impel Company, backed by Pike Street Capital, acquired Don Pedro Pump, a family-run fluid management and pump provider in Turlock, California. The deal was announced on 27 June 2024.

Lime Rock Partners, together with CEO Gideon Hixon and the A&B management team, announced on June 19, 2024 the management buyout of A&B Valve, a Houston-headquartered valve distributor, installer and actuation provider serving the Permian Basin from Midland, Texas and Carlsbad, New Mexico. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Asco Pompe acquired the majority of shares in Mencarelli Pompe e Valvole of Bresso, near Milan, to broaden its fluid handling product portfolio. Guido Mencarelli stays as chairman and retains part of the shares.

Momentum Group, through subsidiary Börjesson Pipe Systems, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Minrox AB, a Swedish specialist in flow technology for abrasive industrial processes. Minrox has about SEK 34 million turnover and operates from Huddinge and Motala. No deal value was disclosed.

Turnspire Capital Partners has acquired Swanson Industries, a Morgantown, West Virginia maker of hydraulic equipment for mining and industrial use, from AEA Investors. The deal also includes Swanson's controlling stake in Tiefenbach North America. No deal value was disclosed.

Italian pump maker Mencarelli Pompe e Valvole has become part of the ASCO group, aiming for production and commercial synergies. Guido Mencarelli remains chairman, and the two companies will exhibit together at Achema in June 2024.

INDUS Holding AG closed its acquisition of COLSON X-Cel, a medium-sized maker of industrial valves based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, on 5 June 2024. COLSON becomes wholly owned by the INDUS Group.

Interpump Group acquired 100% of the capital of Italian valve maker Alfa Valvole Srl from U.S.-based IDEX Corporation for a total price of EUR55 million. Alfa Valvole generated about EUR28 million in sales in 2023. The deal was announced on 2024-06-03.

Ingersoll Rand acquired Del PD Pumps & Gear Pvt Ltd of India, a maker of rotary, twin and triple gear pumps, as part of a combined roughly $150 million deal for four companies.

Triton portfolio company Techouse Group AS has signed an agreement to acquire Eureka Group AS, an Oslo-based maker of water pumps and gensets for offshore installations. The Eureka brand will remain as a separate subsidiary.

ANDRITZ has completed the acquisition of the NAF AB control valves business, adding NAF valves to its Intelligent Instruments portfolio for process control in pulp and paper and other process plants.

Deleum Bhd's subsidiary signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 70% stake in PT OSA Industries Indonesia, a valve distributor and Baker Hughes valve channel partner, for US$7 million.

UDOR S.p.A. has become majority shareholder of British high-pressure pump maker Hughes Pumps Ltd. The deal adds Hughes products to UDOR's pump range covering 1 to 500 HP and 20 to 2800 bar.

Vessco Water, based in Minneapolis, acquired G.A. Fleet Associates, a New York distributor of pump and process treatment equipment for municipal water and HVAC equipment for commercial markets, based in Rye Brook, New York.

KKR has sent deal books for the sale of Circor International's DeltaValve subsidiary, a Sandy, Utah maker of coke drum unheading valves, with first-round bids expected in May; the business is marketed on $11 million of EBITDA, according to sources.

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) acquired General Machinery Company, Inc., a Birmingham, Alabama distributor of automation and electrical products, process pumps and compressed air products. GMC will keep its name and operate under its existing leadership.

Interpump Fluid Solutions UK acquired the entire share capital of Alltube Engineering Ltd for 2.3 million euro, as part of its 2024 UK expansion strategy.

Wilo UK acquired Arfon Rewinds Limited, trading as Arfon Engineering Services, to extend its pump installation, repair and maintenance capability in water management. The deal is listed in World Pumps' Q1 2024 M&A review.

ITT completed its acquisition of Svanehoj Group A/S, a Danish supplier of customized critical liquid and cryogenic pumps for the marine sector. The deal is listed in World Pumps' Q1 2024 M&A review.

DXP Enterprises acquired Hennesy Mechanical Sales, a distributor of industrial pumps serving municipal water and wastewater markets in Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas. The deal is listed in World Pumps' Q1 2024 M&A review.

Rapid Pump, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, acquired AC Furia Electric Motor, a White Plains, New York repair and distribution business for motors and pumps. The deal expands Rapid Pump's footprint in the northeast.

Atlas Copco signed a deal to acquire the vacuum-related assets and brand of Mexican firm MEISA, which supplies vacuum pumps and services to industrial customers from Queretaro and Monterrey.

Laurentide Controls, Eastern Canada's largest industrial process automation supplier, acquired Liquiteck, a pump distributor and repair firm with facilities in Valleyfield and Val d'Or, Quebec. Liquiteck will keep its name and facilities.

ACI Groupe announced the acquisition of JTEKT's hydroelectric pump business in Europe, including the Blois production site and the Chennevières-sur-Marne technical centre. The business will be renamed ENERFLUX and integrated into ACI's Engineering to Product unit.

SLB and ChampionX announced a definitive agreement for SLB to buy ChampionX in an all-stock transaction, with ChampionX shareholders receiving 0.735 SLB shares per share. The deal is expected to yield about $400 million in annual pre-tax synergies within three years.

Becker Pumps Corp has completed the acquisition of Air-Vac Systems Inc, a vacuum pump and air compressor sales and service provider in El Cajon, California, to expand its repair and service network across the US and Canada.

INDUS Holding AG's portfolio company HORNGROUP, via Pneumatic Components Ltd, is buying 100% of COLSON X-Cel Ltd, a Rotherham-based maker of industrial measurement and control valves with about 40 employees and sales of around EUR 7 million.

Cavagna Group of Italy and Kohda Valve of Japan formed a joint venture focused on flow control products for specialty and high purity gases. The products will be marketed as Cavagna Kohda, with further details yet to be released.

German vacuum pump maker Busch Vacuum Solutions has closed its acquisition of Pfeiffer Vacuum, adding high and ultra-high vacuum pumps and leak detection services. The deal was reported on March 22, 2024, and the exact closing date and value were not given.

Frost Engineering and Alaska Roteq officially merged with PumpTech under the Impel family of companies, as announced on March 20, 2024. Frost makes engineered valves and measurement devices, and Alaska Roteq provides precision machining, fabrication and equipment supply.

Geiger Pump & Equipment Company, a Mid-Atlantic and New England pump distributor, announced it is joining forces with Midwest distributor Crane Engineering in a combination covering pumps, valves and process lines. The announcement is dated March 15, 2024.

Crane Engineering, a portfolio company of AEA Investors, has acquired Geiger Pump and Equipment, a Mid-Atlantic distributor of industrial and municipal pump and process equipment. Crane is headquartered in Kimberly, Wisconsin.

Deleum Berhad signed a heads of agreement to acquire a 70% stake in OSA Industries Indonesia, a West Java valve repair and supply company, for US$7 million, valuing the target at US$10 million. Due diligence and definitive agreements are still pending.

AVS-Yhtiöt Oy and its owners sold AVS-Power Oy, a Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors, to Beijer Oy, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma AB. The deal was advised by Avance Attorneys and reported on March 4, 2024.

Oatey's affiliate has acquired Aktibolaget Durgo, a Stockholm-based manufacturer of air admittance and pressure regulating valves, to expand in European and Asian plumbing markets. The announcement was made on March 4, 2024.

American Event Services closed its acquisition of Riverview, Florida-based Canariis Corporation, a maker of packaged HVAC, plumbing and fire-protection systems. Canariis becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of AES.

Oaktree Capital Management funds agreed to acquire LPW Group Holdings, a designer and manufacturer of valves, actuators, fittings and flanges for chemical and energy markets. Terms were not disclosed.

Beijer Tech, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma, signed an agreement on February 29, 2024 to acquire 100% of AVS Power Oy, a Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors based in Espoo. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2024.

FloWorks, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, initiated the add-on acquisition of AWC Process Solutions, a Western Canadian manufacturer's representative and distributor of pumps, compressors, valves and control equipment. The announcement was made on February 28, 2024.

Core & Main entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Dana Kepner Company LLC and associated entities, announced 9 February 2024.

Cooper Machinery Services, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, announced on February 5, 2024 that it acquired Tucker Valve Seat Company, a Odessa, Texas maker of industrial alloy valve seats founded in 1957.

DXP Enterprises, Inc. completed the acquisition of Kappe Associates, Inc., a Frederick, Maryland distributor and manufacturers' representative of pumps, controls and process equipment for the water and wastewater industry. DXP funded the deal with balance sheet cash; the price was not disclosed.
