Techouse Group to acquire Norway's Eureka Group from Remold Invest and Aker Capital
Triton portfolio company Techouse Group AS has signed an agreement to acquire Eureka Group AS, an Oslo-based maker of water pumps and gensets for offshore installations. The Eureka brand will remain as a separate subsidiary.
