LPW Group acquires El Mar Ventures and Advanced Industrial Technologies, valve makers in Houston
LPW Group, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of El Mar Ventures and its subsidiaries and Advanced Industrial Technologies. The Houston-based combined business makes specialty valves, pneumatic actuators and gears under the Ladish, Smith, AIT and Diamond Gear brands.
