Momentum Group acquires 70% of Ceon, Nordic marine valve and actuator maker
Momentum Group's subsidiary Börjesson Pipe Systems AB signed an agreement to acquire 70 percent of Ceon AB, a Laholm, Sweden valve and actuator specialist focused on the marine sector. Closing was to take place immediately.

Momentum Group agrees to acquire Minrox to strengthen flow technology
Momentum Group, through subsidiary Börjesson Pipe Systems, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Minrox AB, a Swedish specialist in flow technology for abrasive industrial processes. Minrox has about SEK 34 million turnover and operates from Huddinge and Motala. No deal value was disclosed.
