Oaktree to acquire LPW Group, maker of critical-use valves and fittings
Oaktree Capital Management funds agreed to acquire LPW Group Holdings, a designer and manufacturer of valves, actuators, fittings and flanges for chemical and energy markets. Terms were not disclosed.
