Beijer Tech to acquire UPH compressed air distributor in Finland
Beijer Tech, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma, signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Uudenmaan Painehuolto Oy (UPH), a Finnish compressed air equipment distributor and maintenance company with about EUR 3.3 million annual revenue. Closing is expected in March 2025.

Beijer Tech to acquire Finnish valves and pneumatics distributor AVS Power
Beijer Tech, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma, signed an agreement on February 29, 2024 to acquire 100% of AVS Power Oy, a Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors based in Espoo. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2024.
