Italian pump maker Mencarelli Pompe e Valvole has become part of the ASCO group, aiming for production and commercial synergies. Guido Mencarelli remains chairman, and the two companies will exhibit together at Achema in June 2024.

ASCO has acquired full ownership of NORM Solutions Ltd, a provider of specialist cleaning, treatment and disposal services for oilfield equipment, announced 18 May 2020.

Emerson Automation Solutions inaugurated a new production building in Ölbronn-Dürrn, Baden-Württemberg, its center of excellence for miniature valves for analytical and medical technology and industrial proportional valves. The building has a 720 square meter cleanroom and about 100 employees work there.

Emerson opened a new Asco production building in Ölbronn-Dürrn near Pforzheim on April 20, 2017. It houses a 720 m2 ISO class 8 cleanroom and is the center of excellence for miniature valves.

Emerson's ASCO will invest USD 8 million to expand its Aiken, South Carolina plant, creating about 86 new positions as it consolidates regional cylinder, motion control and accessory product lines there.
