Cavagna Group has completed the acquisition of a 51 percent stake in Gas Measurement Group, a flow control and pressure regulation company. The deal is reported on October 6, 2026.
Cavagna Group of Italy and Kohda Valve of Japan formed a joint venture focused on flow control products for specialty and high purity gases. The products will be marketed as Cavagna Kohda, with further details yet to be released.
Cavagna Group, with partner Nirmal Industrial Controls, acquired REPCo Srl, a Milan-based process design house that engineers and supplies process plants and equipment for power, gas, oil and petrochemical fields. The deal was announced on 7 September 2021.
