Interpump Group acquires 100% of Alfa Valvole from IDEX for EUR55 million
Interpump Group acquired 100% of the capital of Italian valve maker Alfa Valvole Srl from U.S.-based IDEX Corporation for a total price of EUR55 million. Alfa Valvole generated about EUR28 million in sales in 2023. The deal was announced on 2024-06-03.
