SCF Partners acquired severe-service valve makers DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro from CIRCOR International, announced August 30, 2024. DeltaValve is based in Salt Lake City and TapcoEnpro's primary location is in Houston, Texas.
KKR has sent deal books for the sale of Circor International's DeltaValve subsidiary, a Sandy, Utah maker of coke drum unheading valves, with first-round bids expected in May; the business is marketed on $11 million of EBITDA, according to sources.
