Michigan City-based Hitachi Global Air Power US acquired Henry Production Inc., parent of Pumps and Service, in Farmington, New Mexico. Pumps and Service distributes and services Sullair air compressors and pumps, and Henry Production builds gas compression packages.

Compressed air specialist Boge Kompressoren acquired Inmatec Gasetechnologie, a manufacturer of nitrogen and oxygen generators, effective 1 August 2023. Inmatec keeps its Herrsching site as an independent business unit under its own name.

Honeywell agreed to acquire Compressor Controls Corporation from Indicor for $670 million to expand its Forge Performance+ asset performance management offering. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2023.

Fox Innovation & Technologies Inc. acquired Texas-based Revak Keene Turbomachinery and Industrial Storage Services, gaining a manufacturing facility and aftermarket parts and repair business for compressors, backed by Bluewater.

Neptune Brasil & Marine, a subsidiary of Houston-based Neptune Americas & Marine, agreed to acquire 51% of Brazilian engineering and equipment maker Natec Equipamentos as of July 1, 2023. Natec will operate as Natec Equipamentos Ltda – A Neptune Marine Company.
