Oshkosh Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire AUSACORP S.L., a privately held Spanish manufacturer of wheeled dumpers, rough terrain forklifts and telehandlers, which will join its Access segment. Closing is expected within 90 days. No deal value was disclosed.

Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh Corporation company, secured an order for eight custom Enforcer pumpers from Clayton County Fire and Emergency Services in Riverdale, Georgia, sold through dealer Ten-8 Fire Equipment. The order is the largest in the department's history.
