Ingersoll Rand has completed the all-cash acquisition of Friulair S.r.l., an Italian maker of compressed air dryers and chillers with manufacturing in Italy and Thailand, for approximately $146 million. Friulair has roughly $65 million in revenue and about 215 employees.
