KSB Limited acquired the technology of the products made by Bharat Pumps and Compressors Ltd in Naini, Prayagraj, giving it sole ownership. KSB's SupremeServ unit will handle spare parts and service for around 5000 BP&CL products in India.
The Indian government intends to divest 100 percent of Bharat Pumps & Compressors through a strategic sale with transfer of management control. The Cabinet cleared the sale in September 2016, and DIPAM is seeking advisors.
