Dürr Group sells Agramkow Fluid Systems to Solix Group for EUR 47M
Dürr Group agreed to sell Danish filling-technology subsidiary Agramkow Fluid Systems and its two subsidiaries to Swedish investment company Solix Group, at an enterprise value of EUR 47 million.

Wärtsilä divests pumps business to Solix Group
Wärtsilä sold its Wärtsilä Pumps business, based in Aalborg, Denmark, to Solix Group, a Scandinavian investment company. Pumps business sales were about EUR 50 million in 2017. The deal was announced on 31 October 2018.
