XANO agrees to acquire Integrated Packaging Solutions of Denver
XANO signed an agreement, through a subsidiary, to acquire all shares in Integrated Packaging Solutions and its subsidiaries, based in Denver, Colorado. IPS supplies machine equipment and integration technology to metal can manufacturers.
