HPI Group

EiM Capital and Apogee Global signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dana's European hydraulics business (formerly Brevini Fluid Power) in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and combine it with HPI, creating a hydraulics engineering group with about 700 employees.

Dana Inc. has entered a definitive agreement to sell its European hydraulics business to HPI Group, a hydraulics business jointly held by Apogee Group and EiM Capital; completion is expected later.
