PiovanGroup acquired an additional 1% equity stake in Nu-Vu Conair Private Ltd, bringing its collective holding to 51% and consolidating its position in India's plastics and polymer processing market.

PiovanGroup finalized the acquisition of ToBaPNC, a South Korean company that automates industrial processes for plastics, especially plastic powder transport. The deal expands Piovan's presence in South Korea.

ComPETence Universal Dynamics, part of PiovanGroup, completed its move to a 10,000 square meter facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia in July 2018, which also serves as PiovanGroup's North American headquarters and doubles production capacity.
