Controls technology company SJE Inc. has purchased L. W. Allen LLC and its Altronex brand, which supply pumps and control systems for municipal water and wastewater in Madison, Wisconsin. The announcement is dated November 18, 2021, and no value was disclosed.

AxFlow Holding AB acquired majority ownership of Starline Valves Oy, a Vantaa-based Finnish distributor of valves and actuators. Starline Services S.P.A. of Italy remains a strategic partner and minority owner.

Severn Group, a UK family of specialist valve companies, has acquired Houston-based ValvTechnologies, a maker of metal-seated, zero-leakage severe-service valves. ValvTechnologies will keep operational independence within the group. The deal was announced on 6 November 2021.

Valmet Oyj and Neles Corporation now target completion of their merger on or before April 1, 2022, instead of January 1, 2022, because regulatory reviews are taking longer. The merger was first announced on July 2, 2021.

WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, acquired the operating business of QuantumFlo, Inc., a maker of pressure boosting and intelligent pump systems based in Sanford, Florida, in an asset deal that closed on September 30, 2021.

Quality Valve, a Mobile, Alabama valve and parts distributor, acquired Griffco Valve of Amherst, New York as of November 15, 2021. Griffco will keep its headquarters in Amherst and plans further investment in inventory and capacity.

Avantor completed its acquisition of the Masterflex bioprocessing business from Antylia Scientific, a portfolio company of GTCR and Golden Gate Capital. Masterflex is a manufacturer of peristaltic pumps and single-use fluid transfer technologies based in Illinois.

Neles Corporation completed its acquisition of the valve and pump businesses of Finland-based Flowrox on 1 November 2021. The deal adds 110 employees and mining and metals flow-control products to Neles.

Ingersoll Rand agreed to acquire Air Dimensions Inc., a Deerfield Beach, Florida maker of vacuum diaphragm pumps, for $70.5 million in cash, with closing planned for October 29, 2021.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire HHV Pumps Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based designer and manufacturer of vacuum pumps with 151 employees, with the undisclosed deal expected to close in Q1 2022.

Vestum is acquiring Lakers Group, a Norwegian water and wastewater company focused on pump technology and aftermarket services with about 400 employees and NOK 1.2 billion in revenue. The deal is expected to lift Vestum's revenue and profit by about 50 percent.

Brown Brothers Engineers New Zealand acquired Galbraith Engineering Ltd, a fire pump and pump station supplier, with the transaction completed on 13 October 2021. The announcement was published on 19 October 2021.

Armstrong International completed its acquisition of Leslie Controls' control valve and steam water heater business during Q3 2021. The deal expands Armstrong's product range and global channel network.

Whitehouse Industries Limited sold Flotronic Pumps Limited, a diaphragm pump maker, to US corporation Unibloc, backed by May River Capital; Lodders advised the seller.

Unibloc Pump of Kennesaw, Georgia announced the acquisition of Flotronic Pumps Ltd, a UK maker of air-operated double diaphragm pumps. Terms were not disclosed, and Flotronic will keep its name under Unibloc ownership.

Avantor Inc agreed to buy peristaltic pump manufacturer Masterflex from privately held Antylia Scientific in a $2.9 billion all-cash deal, announced on 7 September 2021.

Ingersoll Rand said on September 2, 2021 it will not take part in SPX Flow's exploration of strategic alternatives, including a sale or merger. SPX Flow earlier rejected Ingersoll's $3.59 billion buyout bid in July.

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) has acquired Instrument Associates, Inc., a stocking distributor of instrumentation, valves and filtration products based in Alsip, Illinois with 22 employees.

Neles signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the valve and pump businesses of Flowrox, with about EUR 30 million of 2020 sales, for EUR 40.9 million in cash plus up to EUR 3 million earn-out. Closing is estimated for November 2021.

IMC Swarnaa Ventures, a joint venture of IMC and Swarnaa Group, announced it acquired 100% of Trillium Flow Technologies India, a valve manufacturer marketing under the BDK Valves brand, to diversify its portfolio.

Atlas Copco has acquired CPC Pumps International, a Burlington, Ontario maker of custom-engineered centrifugal pumps with 110 employees, to join its Gas and Process division. The purchase price was not disclosed.

AMPO POYAM Valves and Aksai Industrial Park have agreed to set up a joint subsidiary, AMPO Caspian LLP, to design and manufacture highly engineered valves for the energy industry in Aksai, Kazakhstan.

Anderson Process, a Midwest process equipment supplier, has acquired Premier Pump Inc., a distributor and service provider in Ohio, which becomes its Brooklyn Heights branch effective August 2, 2021.

Ingersoll Rand Inc. completed its acquisition of Seepex GmbH, a Bottrop, Germany maker of progressive cavity pumps with about 800 employees and roughly EUR 160 million revenue. The deal was announced as complete on September 1, 2021.

Valmet and Neles signed a combination agreement and merger plan under which Neles will merge into Valmet, creating a company with illustrative 2020 net sales of about EUR 4.3 billion and around 17,000 staff. The combination targets roughly EUR 25 million in annual run-rate synergies.

Finnish valve company Neles Corp signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the valve and pump businesses of Flowrox. The price was not disclosed.

Lakers Group signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Norsk Pumpeservice AS, a Norwegian aftermarket service and pump provider based in Fetsund near Oslo. The deal is expected to close in August 2021; the price was not disclosed.

Helios Technologies signed a definitive agreement to acquire NEM S.r.l., a hydraulic solutions maker in Emilia Romagna, northern Italy, serving material handling, construction and agricultural markets. Terms were not disclosed and closing is expected in Q3 2021.

IDEX Corporation completed its acquisition of Airtech Group, Inc. and US Valve Corporation from EagleTree Capital, adding vacuum pumps, blowers, compressors and valves to its Health & Science Technology segment.

Kalamazoo-based electric motor and performance systems company HECO acquired Kentucky Service Co. of Lexington, a service provider for electric motors, pumps and rotating equipment. HECO announced the deal in a May 4 press release.

EQUANS confirmed its acquisition of Risterm Industrial Valve Services, a Belgian industrial valve maintenance and repair company with 55 staff at sites in Villers-Le-Bouillet (Huy) and Lokeren.

Richards Industrials acquired Equilibar, a Fletcher, North Carolina manufacturer of back pressure, vacuum and electronic pressure control products, on May 3, 2021. The terms were not disclosed.

Marshall Excelsior Company, a Harbour Group company, acquired certain assets of Hurricane Products, a Valencia, California maker of RV and camping gas regulators. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Industrial Service Solutions, backed by Edgewater Growth Capital Partners III, acquired Midwest Valve Parts Supply Co., a specialty industrial valve services business.

The AVK Group has acquired a majority shareholding in OMV-INDOIL, a Zagreb-based valve manufacturer with plants in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina; founder Tomislav Matkovic remains a minority shareholder.

Allied Valve, Inc. acquired Edgen Murray Corporation's Valve Services Business, a pipeline service provider headquartered in Norwich, Ohio, specializing in line valve repair, to strengthen its pipeline repair services in the Midwest and Northeast US.

American Industrial Partners has signed an agreement to acquire a majority interest in Ingersoll Rand's High Pressure Solutions segment, a maker of high-pressure pumps, for approximately $300 million. Ingersoll Rand will keep a 45% equity stake and closing is expected in the first half of 2021.

Japan's Ebara Corp has closed its acquisition of Turkey's Cigli Su Teknolojileri AS and its subsidiaries Vansan Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and Vansan Makina Montaj ve Pazarlama AS. The completion was reported on 2021-04-01.

IDEX Corp entered a definitive agreement to acquire Airtech Group Inc and US Valve Corp and related entities from funds managed by EagleTree Capital for $470 million in cash. The deal was reported on 1 April 2021.

Private equity firm Fidelium Partners agreed to acquire the steering and transmission pump business of Robert Bosch Automotive Steering. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal was announced on 31 March 2021.
