Vestum divests majority of Flow Technology segment to Nordic Capital for SEK 6.5bn
Vestum has agreed to sell 100% of Flowa Technology AB to private equity investor Nordic Capital for SEK 6.5 billion cash on a cash- and debt-free basis. Completion is expected in the second half of 2026, subject to approvals.

Vestum acquires Lakers Group pump and water services company
Vestum is acquiring Lakers Group, a Norwegian water and wastewater company focused on pump technology and aftermarket services with about 400 employees and NOK 1.2 billion in revenue. The deal is expected to lift Vestum's revenue and profit by about 50 percent.
