WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, acquired the operating business of QuantumFlo, Inc., a maker of pressure boosting and intelligent pump systems based in Sanford, Florida, in an asset deal that closed on September 30, 2021.
QuantumFlo, a Wilo brand, bought and renovated an existing building at 2664 Jewett Lane in Sanford, Florida, to serve as its new headquarters and production facility with more than double its previous space. A grand opening celebration is planned for June 28.
