Unibloc Pump, a Kennesaw, Georgia flow control manufacturer, has acquired Standard Pump, a Duluth, Georgia maker of sanitary and industrial process pumps, on January 5, 2022.
Unibloc Pump of Kennesaw, Georgia announced the acquisition of Flotronic Pumps Ltd, a UK maker of air-operated double diaphragm pumps. Terms were not disclosed, and Flotronic will keep its name under Unibloc ownership.
Midwest private equity firm May River Capital has acquired Unibloc Pump, an Atlanta-area maker of positive displacement pumps, strainers and valves for sanitary applications. The deal was announced January 7, 2021.
