Richards Industrials acquired Equilibar, a Fletcher, North Carolina manufacturer of back pressure, vacuum and electronic pressure control products, on May 3, 2021. The terms were not disclosed.
May River Capital sold the pharma valve assets of MBF Stainless Valves (Montreal Bronze) to Richards Industrials, a portfolio company of Astor Place Holdings. The deal expands Richards' Steriflow division with MBF's sanitary diaphragm valve line. EC M&A was exclusive financial advisor to May River.
