CPC Pumps International, owned by Atlas Copco, completed its first pump assembly in Pune, India, and plans to expand local manufacturing of centrifugal process pumps.
Atlas Copco has acquired CPC Pumps International, a Burlington, Ontario maker of custom-engineered centrifugal pumps with 110 employees, to join its Gas and Process division. The purchase price was not disclosed.
