Japan's Ebara Corp has closed its acquisition of Turkey's Cigli Su Teknolojileri AS and its subsidiaries Vansan Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and Vansan Makina Montaj ve Pazarlama AS. The completion was reported on 2021-04-01.
EBARA Corporation signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Vansan, a leading Turkish pump manufacturer that exports about 70 percent of its output to more than 70 countries.
