NTG Precision Engineers, part of the NTG Group, has installed a new DN Solutions Puma 700LM II multi-tasking turning centre at its Gateshead facility, supplied by Mills CNC. The investment increases machining capacity for large precision components.

Sumitomo (SHI) Demag has started construction of a new 4,000 m² production hall at its Ningbo site, doubling production capacity and creating 50 jobs. The facility will expand production to include larger tonnage Systec Servo machines up to 1,500 tons. The new hall is set to open in autumn 2023.

Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited's board approved on December 22, 2022 a new manufacturing plant in Gujarat, India, with an investment of about INR 170 crore. Webuild, as part of the Parklife Metro consortium, reached financial close on a contract to build the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project. Webuild's stake is worth approximately AU$3.83 billion (€2.4 billion). The contract includes construction of six stations and operation and maintenance for 15 years.
