Montana Aerospace, a Swiss manufacturer, has signed a deal to acquire all ownership shares of Asco, a supplier of commercial aircraft components, for an undisclosed price including cash and Montana Aerospace stock.

Montana Aerospace AG has completed the acquisition of 100% of S.R.I.F. NV (Asco Group), a Belgian supplier of aerospace system components and structures with about 1,200 employees and annual revenue up to EUR 260 million.

Alpine Metal Tech, part of the MONTANA AEROSPACE group, has acquired the remaining 75% of IH TECH Sondermaschinenbau und Instandhaltung GmbH, fully integrating the special machine builder. IH TECH has about 30 employees and specializes in robotics, conveyor technology and machine vision.

Montana Aerospace finalized the acquisition of Cefival, a French titanium extrusion specialist based in Persan near Paris. Cefival had sales of around EUR 13 million in 2020 with 61 employees.
