Equistone

The executive team of Safic-Alcan, together with existing private equity partners EMZ Partners, Sagard and Société Générale Capital Partenaires, announced a new transaction bringing in new investors Equistone, IK Partners and GENEO Capital Entrepreneur. Safic-Alcan will continue to be majority-owned by its management and employees.

Sicame, a world leader in accessories for electrical energy transport and distribution, acquired a majority stake in Boddingtons Electrical Limited, a UK-based manufacturer of insulated tools for utilities and industrial applications.

Funds advised by Equistone agreed to acquire Franke Water Systems AG, an international manufacturer of intelligent water solutions, from Franke Group.

BOAL Group, with strategic partner Equistone, has acquired Alumat Zeeman, a Dutch manufacturer of greenhouse components and screen systems. The acquisition aims to leverage synergies and support international growth.
