Amphenol Corporation has acquired Ardent Concepts, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of high-frequency compression mount connectors based in Hampton, New Hampshire. The acquisition aims to accelerate Ardent's leadership in signal integrity for electronic interconnects.

Amphenol acquired 100% of shares of CONEC Group, a specialist manufacturer of electronic components based in Hörste, Germany. The amount was undisclosed.

Charles Industries, a North American manufacturer of integrated environmental housings and enclosures, has been acquired by Amphenol Corporation effective April 23, 2019. Charles will join Amphenol's RF, Optics and Broadband Group.

Amphenol acquired SSI Controls Technologies, a designer and manufacturer of sensors and sensing solutions, for $400 million on November 27, 2018.

Ardent Concepts, Inc. has been acquired by Amphenol ICC, a division of Amphenol, a world leading provider of interconnect solutions.
