NSK

Seiko NSK plans to invest 30 billion yen over five years to increase production of bearings for electric vehicles, including at its Ishibe Plant in Konan City, Shiga Prefecture. The plan was reported on 29 December 2022.

Spectris plc sold Brüel & Kjær Vibro GmbH, a Darmstadt-based machinery protection and condition monitoring supplier, to Japan's NSK for EUR 180 million (GBP 163 million).

Japanese bearing maker NSK is launching a new plant in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, this autumn to produce very large bearings used in railways and wind power generation.
